Real Estate Salesperson

Duties:

• Utilise existing networks to help drive listings
• Creative CMA's
• Consult with vendors on various sales methods
• Offer ideas to help improve value and sale price within the market

Skills & Experience:

• Current real estate license
• Experience working from list through to sale and follow up
• The drive to work in a high performing sales team
• Exceptional attitude

In return for your commitment you will receive:

• High level of administration and marketing support
• The ability to hand over most bank end work to a support team to free up your time to do what you do best
• Excellent management team with an "open door" policy
• Complete ownership of a farm area and the assurance that you will not have to compete with your colleagues over the same listings in your area
